Affiliate Programs
We offer a high-paying Affiliate Program that enables you to earn money from your website, just by referring others to Touch of Enchantment and encouraging them to purchase from our store.As an affiliate at Touch of Enchantment, you earn a commission on every sale (minus S&H and tax) that is generated through your referral links and banners. Not only do you get paid when they place that first order, but they are "your" customer for life. Every time they place an order, you make a commission off it. Please see the programs for more details about commissions and tiers.
Earning Bonuses
You will receive a $1.00 bonus for each new referral.
If your
total sales (before S&H and tax) total more than $1,000 in any
calendar year, you will receive a $10.00 bonus.
Getting Paid
You can receive a payment every quarter via Paypal. You can also choose
to have a store credit. For Paypal, we require a minimum $25.00 payout.
If you choose to receive store credit, there is no minimum payout.
This is a 2-tier affiliate program, so you will receive 10% of your immediate referrals (anyone that clicks on your link and purchases). Plus, if
someone you refer joins our affiliate program, you receive 4% of all the
sales they generate.
How does it work?
It's simple, after you sign up for the program you prefer, you can access the affiliate manager. You can choose between banners, text links, text ads, and more. You can also make your own custom links for specific product categories and/or products.When someone clicks on your link, it is recorded in our system. You can view more information about this in the Terms of Service.
We also offer an MSN group (http://groups.msn.com/TouchofEnchantmentAffiliates/homepage), so you can communicate with other affiliates and receive special offers. All affiliates must join the Affiliate group.

Affiliate Programs
Terms of Service
By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
By
filling out the signup form you are asking to become an affiliate and
are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the
program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to
receive a commission on products purchased by your referral
individuals.
You
agree to promote us on your own website, webpages that allow affiliate
links, email, opt-in newsletters, and offline promotions. You agree not
to spam anyone with our information or your affiliate link and not to
use cookie stuffing methods (popups, pop-unders, automatic redirects,
etc). You get paid per sale, not per click so all those methods do is
put you on our bad side and give you bad karma. Violating these terms
will also result in your removal from the program and you will forfeit
any unpaid earnings.
You agree to be honest when describing our company, services, and products. You are free to use
images from our site (no bandwidth theft, please) in combination with
the provided text links. We provide many banners, text descriptions,
and other marketing tools for you to use. You may quote our policies,
but are not allowed to make any claims that are false (or are
misleading).We ask that you avoid listing prices on the
majority of our items, as prices as subject to change (especially with
these lovely gas prices pushing everything up). You may advertise our
holiday sales, as long as you post the dates (available in your
affiliate account's marketing tools) and remove those advertisements
when the sale is over.
When you send a visitor to our site, we use two different tracking methods:
Cookies & IP Address Tracking. We use a 1-year cookie (beware of
sites that offer longer than that as most people clear their cookies at
least once a year). If a visitor you sent us places an order during
that year (without clearing their cookies), we credit them to you. Any
sales they place in the future are also credited to you (even if they
click on someone else's link to us). Because cookies are often cleared,
we also use IP Address Tracking. If someone visits without a cookie
saved, the system searches for their IP. If that IP shows up next to
your name, you receive the credit for this sale as well as all future
sales.
You agree that in no event will Touch of Enchantment ever be liable to you
for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. You also
agree to indemnify and hold Touch of Enchantment harmless for any
damages or costs incurred as a result of your violation of any law,
regardless of whether they are actual, incidental, consequential, or
punitive.
Your account can be terminated your account if you violate this agreement,
or subject us to legal threats, abusive language, harassment, or other
antisocial behavior, or if we determine that your site has
inappropriate content.
This agreement is governed by Iowa law, and any claim or suit arising out of
or related to this agreement must be brought exclusively in courts
located in Boone, Iowa. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction of such
courts.
By filing out this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and
agree to all the terms of this agreement. This is the full and complete
agreement. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement
at any time, though if we do so we must notify you in writing. We are
under no obligation to accept you into our program.
